PAYMENTS: Tickets may be charged to VI, MC, AX, or DC. Your agency is responsible for the transaction and for obtaining appropriate credit card documentation.

COMMISSIONS: We offer net rates, which allow you to set your own price to your client. With credit card purchases, indicate the exact amount you want charged to your client's credit card in the BILLLING INFORMATION page. We will send you a commission check for the difference between the charge amount and the net amount. Remember to also include any required shipping fees to your credit card amount.

TICKET FARES: Fares vary by season and carrier, and are subject to change without notice. Fares are only guaranteed once ticketed. The Travel Outlet tickets upon receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION FEES: A $25 administrative fee is assessed in addition to all applicable airline penalties.

FREQUENT FLYER: Credit for frequent mileage programs is allowed on most carriers. Some exceptions may apply.

ITINERARY CHANGES: Changes on the outbound flight are considered as a cancellation. All cancellation charges and airline penalties apply. Return flight changes are normally allowed, although a fee may be charged per the airline carrier's rules.

REFUNDS: A $25 administrative fee is assessed in addition to all applicable airline penalties. Refund policy varies by airline and by destination. With refund requests, please enclose a commission recall check and $25 agency check (administrative fee for canceling record).
